Michael McClintock is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in information technology and business development. Known for his strategic planning, team leadership, and project management skills, Michael has successfully managed cross-functional teams and driven significant improvements in processes and profitability.

Michael has a keen interest in real estate investment. He has been involved in various real estate transactions, including the purchase and management of multiple properties. His analytical skills and attention to detail have enabled him to identify lucrative investment opportunities and maximize returns. Michael's ability to align client needs with innovative solutions extends to his real estate ventures, where he ensures that investments meet and exceed expectations.

Outside of his professional life, Michael enjoys staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. He is passionate about golf and enjoys meeting new people.

Colin Tucker

Director of Property Management

Colin’s property management career spans over two decades, with experience at BGRS, Synergy, Equity Residential, and most recently, Essex. He has managed thousands of units across the globe, including luxury communities/lease-ups, diverse residential apartment portfolios, and HOAs. Colin's expertise extends to all aspects of overseeing, managing, and delivering exceptional results across varied property types.

Colin is a native San Franciscan from the Sunset neighborhood where he attended St Cecilias, Saint Ignatius and Loyola University New Orleans.
